My address is cebu city, why philpost transferred in quezon city office? The reciever address is quezon city they told me. What is the scenario for this case?

1. The next scenario for you is to contact seller and tell him what is going on. Maybe he did the mistake, or he gave you the wrong tracking number, or maybe he never mail you both parcel!

Can be the tracking number is a informal entry? Together with some packages and transfer to a local logestic here in philippines for door to door delivery?

No impossible, just contact seller as soon as possible.
