Post Delivery Date Assurance

I ordered an item online to be used for my daughter's 2nd b-day but Im worried if I will receive before the event. Please help me to track my item. It says...July 14, 2017 left Suzhou City to JFK until now (10 days) still no updates. Give me accuracy date/days when I will receive my item. Thanks! (LW545300750CN)

LW545300750CN should have arrived JFK airport and be waiting in customs clearance there. Import customs processing might take 2 to 4 weeks, you need some patient. Status will not be updated until it is released from customs.

Thanks for the immediate response. Just to clarify on July 14 my item already in JFK? So I start to count 2 to 4 weeks only for import processing? So before it will transfer here in my location it will takes again more days...oh no! I cannot receive it before the event :(

My item already reached NY processing center this afternoon, July 28. Can you give me an idea how many days I need to wait to receive my item.

I am not sure the distance between USPS sorting center New York and your city. You'd better contact USPS. The parcel is in their hand, they should know estimate delivery time more accurately. Normally it should not be more than one week.
