2. This might be the arrival date in Canada, maybe the Flight landed in Toronto and this might be the date that it got through Canadian Customs. If parcel arrive in Vancouver Inbound mail then it will take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery from the 10 Aug.

3. I will try to follow you parcel for any new update. You can also remind me to check for your parcel.
