I placed an order and it was confirmed but when the tracking number was sent to me and I checked, it says No Shipment Record. What does this mean?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT069834928CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

I made the order thru the merchandise website and someone responded saying it usually takes up to 45 business days not including the 2 to 4 days of processing. It's been about a week and a half is it too early. UPS says a label was created but not put in the system yet.

if your seller is lying. If he really shipped the parcel, it will show tracking result within 48 hours. no need wait 45 days.
