Post China tracking number shows no info??

I purchased a motherboard on ebay back on June 6th and the tracking number shows no info, the seller claims it's stuck in customs but I think he is lying. Heres the tracking number LK267824804CN Should it be taking so long to display information? Its been 10 days.

your seller did not ship anything. open dispute to ebay against fraud shipment.
