I still have not received the package, but I did get a refund. Should I keep waiting in case it arrives? It has been Over 6 weeks. Or should I assume it's lost and order new package? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows shipping from china to canada might take up to 48 days. So your parcel should be in normal time frame. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute first.

CN14428432508533 is not china post tracking number. you should open dispute and claim refund.

Hello!

I ordered a package from eBay on October 25 and it is now November 25. I have not gotten any updates about my package and my package isn't on the list of bad things. It is a unbranded hoodie. The tracking number is 44768541768

Thanks!

the parcel should be seriously delayed somewhere outside china. I suggest you wait one more week and see if you can get the parcel. In not , then open dispute to ebay for non-arrival order.

Is my parcel lost? I'm worried because I always check if any updates happened but it keeps saying the same thing everytime.

it is more likely to be delayed than lost. your parcel is regular airmail whose status will never change after it is first scanned by China Post. Next time ask your seller use register mail (number like R***CN) which has more tracking details than regular airmail.
