@Alexandra, i'm in the same position. i'm also from Romania, i have order on the 05.28, shipped on 06.09, but still didn't arrived, so not sure what's happening. maybe the bad customs in RO, or who knows.

Hello I made an order from aliexpress on the 8th of August which has been stuck in China ever since to the point where the tracking number had expired I messaged the seller he said the post office usually takes long to put the update and I should wait but it's been 31 days and I'm starting to feel nervous that this may be a scam. Can you please help me the tracking number is LW674986255CN.

LW674986255CN left china for NYC on Aug 10. it should be delayed in USA customs in JFK airport.

RL732427046CN left china on Sep 1. it will travel about 2 to 6 weeks to reach Ireland. you can not see new update when parcel is outside china.

Yes I can see it left on the 1st September however things were purchased from the same company/seller and arrived within a few days of leaving china. . This has been 2weeks since leaving with no update or no arrival of parcel.
How can you not track it once it leaves China? What does the company do then if it goes missing and I don't receive it? How do you trace it then????

Hi, I know its not possible to track small packet plus once it leaves China but can I make sure it has left China?
