04325324717
04325333339

Its 2 months gone, order was booked on dec 16 and still not yet received to me. please advise.

your parcel arrived UK on May 31st. It should have some delivery problem. You should contact your local Royal Mail post office and inquiry detail.

I've contacted Royal Mail and they say to contact china post and for you to contact them for enquiries. This is very stressful as it's my daughters prom dress and time is running out. Please please help !!!

The parcel control will transfer from China Post to Royal Mail once it arrives UK.
Royal Mail is really misleading and irresponsible when they ask you contact China Post.

Their own website shows clearly that the parcel arrived HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC, ON ITS WAY TOBRISTOL MAIL CENTRE on May 31st. I believe they lost the parcel and don't want to do anything to help you.

I NEED HELP with this parcel. There's no tracking info since 31st May which was enroute to Bristol sorting office. Royal Mail aren't been helpful. They say for china post to contact. Helllllppppp !!!

Hello I have 3 items all with ordinary small packet plus, I read somewhere that it is only available in China, if it has arrived in my country how will I know? Normally with all my orders I need to go to my local post office to pick up, it does not come to my house, my 3 packages are : 06012015909 , 06003915161 and 06022562039

yes. ordinary parcel is a cheap service. china post will not scan and update its status after it left original post office. So you can not know its current location and arrival time to your country.
