1. The last tracking I could find for you is this:

2. If your parcel landed in Vancouver Inbound (99%), there is a hold up at the Customs Office there. I have seen 5 to 6 weeks before delivery.

3. Parcel to Canada can take from 30 to 60 days before it is delivered.
You might want to wait another week to see what will happen. If you do not receive anything, then around the 55 days of sending just open a dispute to get your money back.

4. You might want to contact seller right now and tell him the situation of your parcel that you did not received it.

5. In one week, just come back here and ask me the question again, I will try to find out if your parcel is in the hands of Canada Post for delivery.

2. So basically it means, it's out of Customs Office and possibly Canada Post has your parcel. You can not track it on Canada Post site. You should be receiving it within a week or possibly less.
