For parcel EA185854583CN

I would like to know if it has already left China since it seemed to be in export customs as of January 6th.

USPS websites shows the parcel status as "LOS ANGELES, CA 90020, Insufficient Address, Your item was returned to the sender on January 18, 2018 at 6:13 pm in LOS ANGELES, CA 90020 because of an incomplete address."

You should go to above mentioned USPS office and pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise it wll be returned to China.
