This package was shipped on the 2nd, it normally gets here within a week. But this package is been sitting in GZ for 2 weeks now.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_ems.php?code=EA348071830CN shows the parcel stuck in Guangzhou airport since Aug 2. Guangzhou airport has serious delay recently. You need wait 10 to 20 more days.
