Hello! My package currently is saying attempted delivery, but we haven't left the house! Is there anyway I can call someone or the delivery man to give directions or anything? Tracking number is CH020798536US. Thanks!

CH020798536US just arrived China Post Shanghai branch. It seems to have some delivery problem. You need ask receiver call china post EMS hot line 11183 and try to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup.
