My package is stuck at ; Amsterdam export customs cleared, since 25 MAY, can someone help me? What does it mean and how long does it take before it moves again?

1. I suspect your parcel has some serious problems. Yous parcel is like going somewhere else maybe back to China or another country? Export Customs means normally going away from that Country!

2. May I suggest you contact the seller as soon as possible ti find out what is going on with your parcel. Just tel him you have not receive it and ask him to call China Post: 11185, to find out where is the parcel.

3. You should include this full tracking of your parcel for the seller:

1. Well you parcel is still showing this:
2016-05-25 05:45:00.0 Amsterdam export customs cleared

2. To me this mean the parcel is ready to be exported out of Netherlands.
Unless that was a mistake from NL Post when they enter into the system the scan.

Please check at the PostNL site with the combination of your original tracking number and postalcode:
http://www.internationalparceltracking.com/
For privacy reasons in Netherlands it is not possible to track the package without a postalcode.
International tracking codes in Netherlands will get a new local track and trace number when arriving in Amsterdam after customs cleared.

This new track and trace number (starts with 3S******* which you should be able to find on the site mentioned above) you can then track at the normal local PostNL website: http://www.postnl.nl
again in combination with the postal code

If the item has arrived in Amsterdam a month ago, then maybe you missed the postman.
Normally they leave a card in your mailbox, but sometimes they forget.
I hope your package hasn't been already at the post office for 3 weeks, because then indeed it will be shipped back or in some cases even destructed (depending on sender demands)

1. From what I can understand, you need to put your tracking number:
RK420119274CN after you open this link:
http://www.internationalparceltracking.com/
There is place tracking number, plus the country is going to, plus your postal code. Then press locate parcel.

2. According to the above post it will give you a tracking number starting with letter 3s.
That tracking number is the tracking number that you will then put into Volg uw pakket

3. Hope the explanation are OK with you and you will be able to find your parcel.

I understand 100%. But unfortunality the tracking code is unknow by postnl :(
