Tracking numbers haven't been updating for almost 2 weeks! Any help at all would be appreciated ! Have they left china or are they stuck ? Really bothering me :/

parcel status sometimes will freeze 2 to 4 weeks without updating. normally this means the parcel has arrived USA customs and waiting for import processing. Status will not be updated until US government releases the parcel to USPS. this is normal.
