What kind of transportation is my package shipping through(plane,sea,train,ground...etc)

Could you tell me it's current location, did it leave china?
I know that China post will not scan it after it leaves china but since you are the adminstrator I think your system shows more info about my package.

But in the website I see status here is it:
Parcel No.69004101486 tracking result

2017-04-17 20:18:25.0 福州中转仓 received
2017-04-17 20:28:55.0 福州中转仓 customs scan
2017-04-17 21:21:41.0 leaving 福州中转仓 ，next station 福州center

Also per the flight number given in the tracking system the package should had arrived to USA

And If china post stopped scanning it after leaving china,then how must I know if it arrived to USA

69004101486 is china post ordinary airmail.
unfortunately USPS does not scan china post airmail parcel since Oct 2015. So you can not know location and status after parcel left china. not even know if it has arrived USA.

Based on my experience, you need wait 40 to 60 days to get such parcel in USA.

If USPS will deliver it, usually all packages delivered with usps must have a tracking number and must be scanned

Could you please explain.

No. You are wrong. USPS help CHina post to deliver parcel in USA, it does not mean China Post tracking number will work in usps system, USPS will not assign a new tracking number for china post parcel either.
