I have been patiently waiting for this parcel to arrive. The last update I received on this parcel was November 9th, 2017. Do you have an update or ETA? I will be out of town for a month on the 22nd. Will it arrive before then?

LS123697335CN should be lost. Normally ePacket should arrive no more than one month.
