I need your help!

I am writing from Italy in order to know the exstimated date of delivery of the package with the following track number: RH091114597CN.

I ordered it (16 Jan 2015) from a Chinese partner in the website eBay, but they told me only now that it would take between 15-25days to get the item. My problem is that I need it on the 7th of February, therefore it should be delivered before that date. What do I have to do to receive it in time? Could you, please, help me?

ciao sono anche io dell'italia e ti voglio dire che l'oggetto sta ancora in cina (sta in nave o aereo) quindi deve ancora passare per la dogana che ci mettera' un po' di tempo quindi non ci credo che in una settimana ti arrivi il prodotto.

il 21 gennaio significa che stava a Shanghai che era pronto per partire, infatti lo hanno mandato in cina dove verra' (e' in questo momento) spedito. quindi per me sta in viaggio e deve superare la dogana italiana che ci mette se tutto va bene una 10 di giorni

There is no guaranteed delivery time with air mail. If you want guaranteed delivery by a certain day, you have to use express method of shipping like DHL, UPS, Fedex. Otherwise, it's normal to take up to 30-40 days.

You cannot, you can only do it at the time of order by sending a message to your seller and asking for courier service.
