Italy post shows the parcel is in TRENTOLA DUCENTA CE, In lavorazione presso il Centro Operativo Postale.

You should contact Italy Post and inquiry delivery detail. Maybe you need pickup the parcel from Italy Post.

Thanks a lot for the answer. Is it possible to have the address or contact of this Centro Operativo Postale in TRENTOLA DUCENTA CE? Because I do not know where it is.
What data do I have to provide to be able to trace my shipment and be able to collect it??
