Hello,
as shown by the tracking code this package left China on 22-Aug.
Destination: Italy. Code: RF875022412CN
It's more than 2 weeks without any update, do I have to be worried?

I already received packages sent me in the same period, and even packages sent a couple of days after this one. Why it's the only one having a delay?

your no need worry anything. the parcel has left china. status will not change when parcel is outside china. this is normal. you need wait 2 to 6 weeks to get the parcel in Italy.

Well, it's a month and got no updates. I don't think this is normal.
Should I open dispute with seller?

if your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection for you. If seller does not response then open dispute, otherwise keep waiting.
