I need to understand where my pack is... the tracking system says:

Unsuccessful delivery MI20128 Item refused by addressee/Item returned to sender

What does it mean? I'm not at home, so it's impossible that I refused something... And MI20128 it's not my address (which is MI20131). Anyway this is a vacation period in Italy, so I won't be at home for quite a long time. Is it possible to go a deposit in Milan to collect the package?

Italian Post website shows parcel status on Aug 1st in MILANO MI, In transito dal Centro Operativo Postale verso Sportello Inesitate. You should contact that post office and try to pickup the parcel.
