my package is coming back again because the package I sent did not put the phone number ....
But now why is stuck in Shanghai for more than a month?
who can help me maybe making a phone call to check what happened ??

RA816025713IT is on the way return to Italy. returning procedure might take a couple of months.

a couple of months means 2 to 6 months, not only 2 months. you can do nothing but waiting. they will not reply your email.
