Hi, my track number is LX510308347CN. Is it possible to have any information about the order? . Where is my parcel?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 3. It should have arrived Italy customs in Milan. Italian post import processing might take 10 to 20 days, please be patient.

LX510308347CN left Shenzhen for Italy on Oct 3. Its status will not change until Italy customs gives it to Italy Post. This might take 10 to 20 days. please be patient.

Hi, it says letter in order summary but it should be a package not a letter, does letter mean package? Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel was just shipped to Canada. you need wait about 45 to 90 days to get it in Canada.

LX510308347CN should be seriously delayed. wait one more week. if you can not get it by end of Oct, you should open dispute for lost parcel refund.
