I made the order related to this shipping around 1 month ago, it was shipped but stuck on sent to airline for really long, while normally this never took longer than 12 days.
Is it lost or should I wait longer?

Arrival time in Italy can vary wildly depending on how overwhelmed Poste Italiane is at the moment. In the past I think some people have found them to be very helpful if you contact them on Twitter.

I want to thank you, and inform you that today, after 1 month, my parcel finally reached Italy. I hope it will be delivered in a week
