Hello! I'm Claudia and I'm writing from Italy :)
I've made an order from ali express and the tracking number is RF849951666CN, but there aren't updates about shipping :(
I need help!

Hello, i am margareth, from Chicago. I have two packages sent to your courier service to be delivered to me but i have a wrong address on the package and i would like to change my shipping address. The new address is :
6334 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, IL. 60660
The tracking #s are: LK311565426CN

you can not change address after parcel is shipped. You may contact your local USPS office and see if they can help you to forward the parcel to your new address.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only information of RF849951666CN as "electronics data received". this means your seller applied a tracking number but never shipped anything yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress.
