good morning,
I found a problem with my parcel, LX498216804CN,
as it turns out that the delivery was done but that I refused the package / sent to the sender when I did not do anything like that, how should I behave as I do to have my order?

Italia Post handled the parcel. If you believe they returned the parcel by mistake. you should contact Italy Post for solution asap.
