My parcel is still stucked after 1 month! Italy post says that my parcel is in china.

Lately this type of parcel to Italy seems to be taking around 50 days.

Poste italiane told me that the parcel isn't on the national territory.
They suggest me to contact China post.

The only way to contact China Post is by telephone: +86 10 11185 -- Chinese Mandarin only, they don't speak any other language. Failing that, keep an eye on your parcel tracking, and if your buyer protection period is close to running out, open a dispute with your seller.

Unfortunately I haven't buyed the article on aliexpress, but I payed for it through PayPal.
The seller don't answer to me but probably because in China there is Chinese New year. I'll wait for a couple of weeks and after I'll open a PayPal contestation.

Ciao, ho chiamato la dogana e mi hanno detto che il mio pacco è a Milano linate dal 14 gennaio.
Su consiglio della dogana ho aperto contestazione PayPal, così da poter sperare in un rimborso.
Resto sempre in attesa dello sdoganamento del pacco.

Io anche ho chiamato e il mio si trova dal 21 di Gennaio nei magazzini di temporanea custodia in attesa di essere lavorato. Mi dicono che al massimo posso fare un reclamo, ma il venditore dovrebbe rilasciarmi dei dati come partita iva e residenza che non vuole lasciarmi e quindi niente reclamo. Ho ottenuto un parziale rimborso da paypal ma non riesco a capire come mai le poste facciano marcire letteralmente i pacchi..dovrebbero avere un tempo massimo no? Non è che me lo possono consegnare l'anno prossimo ..

Sarà una mia impressione, ma per me il mio paio di scarpe che ho comprato sarà ai piedi di qualcuno che lavora lì!

Ahaha anche il mio allora, perchè le avevo ordinate anche io. Secondo me loro hanno capito che tanto il venditore cinese non può rifarsi su nessuno perchè il più delle volte sta vendendo merce contraffatta. L'acquirente viene protetto da paypal. E loro hanno scarpe gratis.
