Hello,
my parcel n. VD776770095IT is stationary to Beijing custom from 13/06/2017 because the recipient did not proceed with the customs clearance of the parcel .
I need to communicate to Beijing custom that i need that parcel return to the sender but I do not know how to communicate with them .
PLEASE help me !

Not possible. China customs officers never reply any inquiry.

Unfortunately Beijing customs will not accept any phone call. If you are in Beijing, try to call China Post hot line 11185 and inquiry detail.
