Good morning, the courier couldn't find me to deliver the package.

On the tracking site they tell me to go and pick it up. Where do I go to get the package?

Italy Post website shows the parcel is in "NOVARA NO, In lavorazione presso il Centro Operativo Postale".

You need go to above mentioned post office to pickup the parcel.
