Hi, i’ve been notified two days ago about the shipment of an order with the tracking code LZ408356099CN

If i try to start a tracking request i receive back the message “no shipping record”.

Where is the package? There are some problems?

“no shipping record” means your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him/her if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
