Hi, on 11th of April my buyer protection ends, the parcel looks like left China only 1 week ago, can you confirm this? Do you think my item could arrive before April 11th? Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LX791112618CN was shipped on Mar 16. Now Italy customs processing is very very slow. None can guarantee you can get it before April 11(our statistic shows you have only 50% chance to get it before April 11).

You should ask seller extend at least 4 weeks more protection. If seller does not response, you should open dispute.
