Where is my package at ? Please help me, the tracking number is on topic's subject. China post reports some address problems, but it is not true. Thank you for your help

Italy Post website shows the parcel now is in ROMA RM, In lavorazione presso il Centro Operativo Postale.

You need contact Italy post to pickup the parcel asap.
