hello to everybody,

in the information session, it appears this comment "Item refused by addressee/Item returned to sender" with uncesfull delivery. (principally cause at 12 am there was no one to recieve the product).

could anyone know how i could arrange a new delivery?

no. if parcel is returned, you can not arrange redelivery.
