Post how to reroute parcel heading to USA from China

Hi,

The china post website is in manadarin language which I dont understand and even if I translate the site , it does not show the customer service contact details. I want to reroute the parcel which has left China and is headed towards USA and it will reach approx dec 13. I want to change the delivery address of parcel, so how do i do that

the sender from ebay said that he cannot change the address to be rerouted hence he gave me the tracking number and asked me to contact customer service to reroute to new delivery address

you can not change parcel address after parcel is shipped. But you can contact USPS and redirect all parcels from your old address to new address.
