Hello,

I have been keeping an eye on my parcel, no.RI490859003CN, which was sent on june 5 from China to Italy. When I look on the new tracking site, it seems to go around Guangzhou stations since the 6th, on the 9th it states "safety check rejected" which alarmed me (the parcel contains a simple plush so no idea why it should be rejected) but then it went through the airport and then back to the customs scan. I looked at the traditional tracking page and it says the parcel is "on route".

Can you please tell me what's going on? Am I going to receive it or is it going back to the sender?

Please let me know!

your parcel should has something not allowed by airline and was rejected. Open dispute asap.

If the parcel is rejected, it might be returned to seller, but more likely to be destroyed, especially when the shipper shipped something which has safety or legal problem.

Hi, I'm also Italian and I have a parcel with a similar situation, did you receive your parcel or has it been rejected?
