1. Both parcels are On Route/In transit to Italy. In Normal condition parcel to Italy can take between 11 to 28 days to arrive. Here is the reference:

2. Now what needs to happen is Italy Post scan the parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. There is other persons from Italy that are also waiting for parcel from China and I would not be surprise that the hold up is the Italy Customs Office.

4. You can contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcels.

5. Just continue to track your parcel for any n movement.

int, is that normal that I still can't track the second package on the italian Post website ? When I contacted them, they told me that this package (the second one) isn't registered in their systems, and to check who will take the package in italy.

SYBAA08682550 is not register mail. no place can track it. your seller used a very cheap service. if you can not get it in time, open dispute to seller.

Thanks, at least now I know that it's not a registered mail, the seller didn't told me that.
