LX026882461CN is delayed in original post office. If you can not get it by Jan 20, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel.

You can not know exact situation about your parcel at this moment. Your parcel is ePacket which should arrive nor more than 6 weeks. If you can not get it by Jan 20, normally we will go to the procedure to file dispute for lost parcel.
