Post Help! Im not sure where my parcel is.

Hi there,
After a long wait my parcel finally appreared to have reached Italy , on the tracking it said it was delivered to the courier in Milan and ready to be send to me in Rome. The day after I went to check again and it said that my parcel was refused by the addressee (written next to my post code), so it was sent back to the sender, what does that mean? Then I checked again and it said they attempted a delivery at the post office. So I wonder where is my parcel? Will I ever get it?

Everytime u see a message of return to sender, please dont just sit there and go typing on some forum hoping your parcel will just magically appear in front of u.
This is the time to be proactive and go to your local post office to ask about your parcel in person rightaway. Once the parcel has arrived in destination country, nobody except yourself can help u now.

you'd better post your tracking number otherwise none knows how to help you.

Doesnt matter if its even at the post office or which post office its at. Just show up at your nearest one and ask. If they cant help then try calling your postal service headquarters customer service line to ask again. Postal systems usually have a database of parcel arrivals and they may have more info for u. This is not the time to be shy or embarrassed of asking! U need to make a lot of noise to prevent the potential return of your item to sender. Otherwise they wont know u are looking for it and WILL return your item if they cant locate u.
