This parcel has been shipped on 29th august but i haven't had any uptade since that day. Can you please help me?

Ps. Another parcel has been shipped to me two weeks later and has been just delivered to me. This is kinda strange

http://track-chinapost.com/result_ems.php?code=EA906136814CN shows the parcel left China on Aug 29. It should have arrived Milan long time ago. If you have not got it , it should be lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for refund.

It is possible. However, it is more likely to be lost.
