Proviamo a scrivere in questo post riservato all'Italia.
Vi ho già chiesto, in China Post Discussion, che fine aveva fatto il mio pacco RG651541134CN che a Voi risulta consegnato ma che a me non è mai arrivato, mi è invece arrivato il pacco LX575639966CN che invece non ho mai ordinato, volete farmi capire che cosa è successo? altrimenti fatemi avere qualche contatto della ditta che ha spedito per poter chiedere a loro, grazie!

Tracking shows RG651541134CN was delivered in Italy on 24 November 2017. Most likely your seller made a mistake and switched the addresses on the two packages. You should open a dispute and claim a refund.

You can not know who is the sender. China Post does not record such information.
