Hi, my track RS624585674CN is blocked since 21 may.
the last track information is: "2017-05-21 13:13:25.0 - Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared."
is my delivery blocked? when I can receive the delivery?

RS624585674CN left China on May 21 and is on the way from China to Italy. shipping time to Italy might take up to 6 weeks. If you can not get the parcel by end of Jun, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

ok, thank you for your answer, in the case I need in future to open dispute for lost parcel what is the way to do that process?

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, there should be customs service link or open dispute link in their website. You must open dispute within seller protection expiring date. Normally this is 45 days after payment.
