Post Delivered to the wrong address apparently.

So after more than a month, the tracking system today showed that my order has been delivered successfully. The problem is it says it has been delivered to an address in a city I did not provide and thus I did not receive it.
But how could they deliver it to the wrong place if I provided my address?How can I solve this? (tracking number RH338736291CN)

1. First thing to do is to call Italian Post or go to a local Post Office to find out exactly what happen. When you get the answer, you should contact seller as soon as possible to find out if the tracking number belong to you or somebody else.

2. Did the seller gave you the right tracking number for your parcel, did he make a mistake and sent your parcel to somebody else.

Hope the above can help you determine what is wrong with your parcel.
