I have bought a battery car charger on aliexpress store.
It's isn't arrived. Why?

the parcel was returned to shipper. you will not receive the goods. open a dispute and claim refund asap.

My traking numbers are:

There's no way you can change your address after your items were shipped.
If you provided your phone number and correct name and by wrong address if you mean same country but different town, it won't be a problem. You will have to pick up your parcels from the main branch of the post.

RJ152235004CN: the status should update soon, china post recieved the item 3 days ago.

RJ141073725CN: still in custom-control warehouse, but it's been 2 days only so it's not a problem.
