I bought two clocks form Luxfidence and they were shipped by you, with the tracking code to be: LX332313520CN .
Those clocks arrived in italy on 2017-05-30 03:23:00.0 at "Milan Transit Station" but after two attempts of delivery they seems to had returned to you on 2017-06-16 08:32:09.0 with the message I put on the subject of this tread: "Beijing post express 望京区域分公司天竺营投部 delivered".
In this time I've tried to contact the site I bought them from, but they didn't answer my multiple mails so I'm asking you if there is something I can do about my package. Is it possible for me to obtain it directly from you or do I have to try again conctating the shop?
I'm afraid, if it passes too much time, they won't be to refund me nor give me my watches.

In questo periodo ho provato a contattare il sito da cui li ho comprati, però non hanno mai risposto alle molteplici mail che ho mandato, quindi mi rivolgo a voi per sapere se c'è qualcosa che posso fare o devo riprovare a contattare il negozio?
Temo che, se lascio passare troppo tempo, non mi sarà possibile avere un rimborso né gli orologi.
