I bought, on the second week of November, an item that is still "in sorting centre, BEIJING" since 27-11-2017. Today is 20-12-2017, and the buyer protection will last for two days more, I want to know what to do– should I wait or ask for a refound from the seller? Especially because the seller is telling me that the package arrived in Italy, but the tracking site instead shows me that it's still in China! I don't want to waste money.

I'm sorry for not specifying early, but I did ask them to extend the buyer protection and they extended it for another week... Yet, that happened last week. Now, the Buyer Protection is coming to an end and I have almost three days left... Should I ask for another week or more, if possible, or should I open a dispute right away?
