Good morning.

This is the first time that happens to me.
AFTER 39 DAYS MY PACKAGE HAS NOT YET ARRIVED IN ITALY. 😮
Last time I bought from China (Aliexpress) the shipment took almost two months.
More than a year ago, in a little over a month, I received everything.
Why this delay now? 😕

I contacted the seller writing him this:
"Good morning. The package containing the harmonica, that I bought on 27.12.2016, has not arrived yet in my country, Italy. I hope to receive it by the deadline of 25.02.2017 otherwise I'll have to request a refund. Thank you.

He replied to me by extending the purchase protection period and writing this:
"hi friend , please do not worried. normally it need about 30-60 days to arrive . maybe you will get it soon . if you still not get it after 28 days . we refund money to you ." 😐

I remain waiting for your response. Thank you.

ci sono ritardi delle poste, specialmente poste italiane. Hanno tutto intasato per colpa di amazon (regali di natale)
siamo tutti sulla stessa barca non ci resta che aspettare

la tua risulta partita dalla Cina il 3 Gennaio quindi non è ancora arrivata a Milano (dogana)

Ma pare che il mio problema in quanto al ritardo non sia ancora di responsabilità di poste italiane dato che dal tracking il pacchetto non risulta ancora giunto in Italia. E' questo che mi preoccupa.

..spedito dalla Cina il 28 novembre ^^

RF487014182CN is ok. your parcel was shipped in holiday time(Dec 28). Based on my experience, parcel shipped in Xmas/New Year time usually will sleep in warehouse for one or two month before starting traveling. You will get it sooner or later in Feb.

Thanks for the reply, but I wonder why last year I received everything in just over a month instead recently shipping times are so long?
