so I have a problem with this parcel that seems to be lost. I already opened a dispute to request a refund (and seller understands/agrees) but I'd like to understand what happened and if there is still hope (and if I have to avoid this shipping service from now on!).

seller shipped a small parcel of little value (around 4 usb) in november using 4px express service.
my tracking says:

Shipmnet arrived at destination country
2016-12-02 00:52
departed from export center

HONGKONG / Arrive at facility

now, from what I know (seller told me that too) this kind of service cannot be tracked outside of China, and thus in the destination country, so I don't know where my package is right now. My question is: is 'Shipmnet arrived at destination country' a reliable as tracking information then? Because if my parcel really arrived in Italy in january then it should have been already delivered to me unless 1) customs blocked or rejected it for some reason, or lost it 2) it was delivered to my apartment on time but someone stole it (since this kind of parcel doesn't need a signature).
I have doubts that maybe the 'arrived at destination country' information is not reliable (because this kind of service offers no tracking information outside of China and if so, how can they know it's arrived in Italy?) and maybe my package hadn't really arrived in Italy yet or had arrived more recently (so it could still be processed by customs in the normal timeframe). I experience a similar 'fake tracking' information with yanwen, in fact I had a parcel that they said 'arrived at country of destination' in november but it was delivered only in january!
