I have been tracking my package RW103854235CN with 17TRACK and the package has been stuck at Guangzhou Processing Center since 22nd July and it seems to be making rounds in the same place and not actually delivered by air transport as it states on tracking updates. Why is that? Is there a problem with the delivery?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
