LX386023698CN has left china already. You can not see new status when parcel is on the way between china and your country. Please wait one or two more weeks, you can see new status after parcel arrives your country.

then why does it say 'sent to shanghai customs' as far as i can see it hasnt left china and was handed over to customs several times or did you use another tracking website ?

the parcel status will freeze at its last status in china when it is outside china. this is normal.

from china to uk might take 2 to 4 weeks, please be patient.

I'm very worried about my package because its (tracking) has been saying the same thing for 3 days and it hasn't left china yet. Its been saying that "The originating post is preparing to ship this parcel" Could someone help me and let me know how long my package will stay there and or tell me where it is? Also how much longer should i have to wait for it to be here to my house? Thanks

your parcel left china 10 days ago. It is on the way to UK. Wait about 2 weeks, it will arrive UK.
