RV815686383CN the cargo tracking number china post looked at the site from 20 to 28 march was scheduled to be delivered. My product still has not arrived and the dealer has closed the shop. china post information will reach 10-45 days. It's been 40 days and hasn't comet was the longest cargo I've ever expected. It was 34-35 days for my order which normally came between 15-20 days. It's the first time I've used DHgate, which made me sad. The vendor's closure of the store was also a separate skepticism. Waiting for your reply I wish you good work.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV815686383CN shows the number was sent to airline on Mar 6.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Bulgaria Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
