Hi,
I placed my order on january 5th, and the last piece of information I can visualize is:

RN134681835CN
2017-01-15 19:44:58.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport

No result tracking the package in Italy.
Can you please help?

RN134681835CN should be delayed by Chinese New Year holiday. Many parcel shipped before holiday are still waiting processing in warehouse. You need wait another 10 to 20 days to get it.

My update after 9 days is that there are no updates.
